Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car washes using professional techniques and equipment to ensure a spotless finish. Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, window cleaning, polishing, buffing, and applying protective treatments. Conduct additional services such as window tinting, paint correction, and minor cosmetic repairs when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as required to uphold the cleanliness standards of the facility. Qualifications Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or janitorial work is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques; experience with buffing or window tinting is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles if needed. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
