Car Wash Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

$16.00 - $18.00/hr
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Car Wash Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our business. You will greet guests, guide vehicles safely into the wash bays, and maintain a clean, welcoming site. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and staying active, this is the perfect job for you. No experience is required—we provide full, paid training!
What You Will Do Greet & Sell:
Welcome customers with a smile, explain how to use machinery, answer any question they may have and actively sell token, cleaning supplies and more.
Directing Vehicles:
Guide drivers safely onto the wash bays and vacuum areas using clear hand signals.
Keep It Clean:
Maintain the vacuums, empty trash cans, and keep the lot and bays free of debris.
Handle Transactions:
Process cash and card payments accurately at the pay stations. What We Are Looking For A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service. Ability to work on your feet outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when moving chemicals or equipment. Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule (weekends are our busiest days!). Must be at least 18+ years of age What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid on-the-job training. Free weekly car washes.
