Responsibilities Perform high-quality car washes using various techniques, including hand washing, automated systems, and pressure washing equipment Conduct detailed interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and restore shine Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and organized Assist customers with their questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner Use janitorial skills to ensure the facility remains tidy, safe, and welcoming for both staff and customers Support additional services such as window tinting or minor detailing requests when needed Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with car wash operations or detailing preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning techniques, buffing, and vehicle detailing processes Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus for maintaining cleanliness standards Valid driver's license with clean driving record for moving vehicles when necessary Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in all tasks Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm drives customer satisfaction!
