This is not a traditional shop job. You'll be a key member of the team delivering premium mobile detailing services directly at clients' homes and businesses throughout South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area. We're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and excited to grow with Dangerously Good Detailz. Company Overview Dangerously Good Detailz (DG Detailz) is a premium mobile auto detailing and vehicle customization company based in Williamstown, New Jersey. We specialize in high-end mobile car detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, window tint, and exceptional customer experiences. We are a fast-growing, relationship-first company focused on "dangerously good" results, attention to detail, and building long-term client loyalty. Role Overview This is a full-time Mobile Auto Detailer position with a 4-day work week (10-hour days) Additional overtime hours may be available upon request and with advance approval. You will work solo servicing vehicles outdoors in most weather conditions. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude every single day. Core Responsibilities Delivering full interior and exterior mobile car detailing services Paint polishing & paint correction Applying ceramic coatings and paint protection products Interior deep cleaning, steam cleaning, shampooing, and extractions Wheel & tire detailing, headlight restoration, and trim restoration Maintaining the mobile detailing van and equipment to the highest standards Providing outstanding, friendly customer service on-site Representing the DG Detailz brand with professionalism and pride What We Value Most We can teach advanced techniques, but we cannot teach the right attitude. We are looking for someone who: Takes extreme pride in their work and strives for perfection Has a strong work ethic and thrives during long outdoor days Is reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow Loves making cars look "dangerously good" and enjoys positive client reactions Is a team player who communicates well and maintains a positive attitude Your success will be measured by consistent quality, happy clients, and your reliability and drive. Qualifications Previous professional mobile auto detailer or car detailing experience (required) Strong hands-on skills in paint polishing, paint correction, extractions, steaming, and ceramic coatings Comfortable working outside for full 10-hour days in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work daily Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and strong communication skills Positive mindset and genuine motivation to excel Real-world experience and attitude matter far more than formal education. Compensation $160
- $250 per day based on experience, plus client tips and sales commission on jobs you help book.
