Position Summary Salson Logistics is seeking a dependable and hardworking Wash Truck Employee to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of company assets, including trucks, trailers, and other equipment. The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring that all equipment is cleaned to company standards and presented professionally. This is a replacement position and requires an individual who can consistently meet the physical and performance requirements necessary to successfully perform the duties of the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Wash, clean, and detail company trucks, trailers, and other fleet assets. Perform thorough interior cab cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, removing trash, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Clean exterior surfaces using approved equipment, tools, and cleaning products. Inspect equipment for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance concerns to management. Maintain wash area, tools, and supplies in a clean and organized manner. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Complete assigned work efficiently and according to established quality standards. Assist with other fleet-related cleaning and detailing tasks as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environmental elements. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to safely handle cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
