We specialize in high-end detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tint, and paint protection film for clients who truly care about their vehicles. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and wants to grow with a fast-paced, team-oriented company. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to company standards Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, and prep vehicles for correction, coatings, tint, or PPF services Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deep clean vehicle interiors Perform paint polishing and correction (experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate) Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection products (experience is a plus) Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, engine bays, jambs, and glass Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Assist teammates and contribute to a positive shop culture What We're Looking For Previous detailing experience preferred, but attitude and work ethic matter most Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Ability to work well independently and with a team Passion for cars and automotive appearance is a huge plus Bonus Skills (Not Required) Paint correction / machine polishing Ceramic coating installation Window tint experience PPF installation experience What We Offer Competitive pay with room for growth Hands-on training and skill development Opportunity to work on high-end and enthusiast vehicles Family/team-oriented culture Long-term career growth opportunities If you're the type of person who notices the details others miss and takes pride in delivering top-quality work, we'd love to meet you.
