Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required. Assist with custodial duties to maintain overall cleanliness of the facility. Requirements Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong skills in buffing and polishing techniques are highly desirable. Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results is essential.
