We send skilled crews directly to our clients — no shop, no waiting. We're growing fast and looking for our next motivated technician to join a small, high-performing team that takes real pride in their work. This isn't just a detailing job. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced crew members, and have a clear path to grow in responsibility and pay as you prove yourself. What you'll do Perform interior and exterior detailing services at client locations throughout Albuquerque Handle all vehicle conditions — from routine maintenance details to heavily soiled or restoration-level jobs Arrive on time, stay prepared, and represent the company professionally at every job Keep tools, supplies, and your work area clean and organized Communicate clearly with clients and teammates on the job Follow company SOPs and quality standards on every service Bring ideas that improve efficiency and service quality Growth opportunities We promote from within. As you develop your skills and show leadership, you can move into: Lead technician and crew lead roles Advanced training in paint correction, ceramic coatings, and more Training and operational responsibilities Higher pay tied to expanded skills and responsibilities What we're looking for Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Professional, customer-focused attitude Ability to do hands-on, physical work in varying outdoor conditions Eagerness to learn — prior detailing experience is a plus, not a requirement Experience in any hands-on or labor-based role is welcome Compensation Training period $15.00/hr (base only) After training — base pay $17.50 - $22.00/hr After training — tips Earned daily After training — commissions Upsell & service commissions Advanced skills bonus Additional pay (paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.) Total earning potential increases significantly after the training period as tips and commissions are added to your base rate.
