In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the quality of our services. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs Operate car wash equipment and tools efficiently Perform thorough cleaning, including washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles Detail interiors by vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Assist with janitorial tasks as needed to keep the facility in top condition Drive vehicles safely within the premises when necessary Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Experience in car washing and detailing techniques Proficiency in buffing and cleaning methods for various vehicle surfaces Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly Knowledge of window tinting is an advantage but not required Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Join our team as a Car Wash Attendant and contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers while working in a dynamic environment!
