Responsibilities Oversee daily car wash operations, ensuring timely and thorough service delivery for each vehicle. Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and excellent customer service. Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, including wash bays, waiting areas, and restrooms, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Manage scheduling shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and special promotions. Conduct quality control checks on detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and cleaning to guarantee customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance needs. Experience Prior experience in car wash services or automotive detailing is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Experience with custodial or janitorial tasks that involve cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles. Knowledge of car wash equipment operation and maintenance is advantageous. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus. Familiarity with driving vehicles within the facility or lot is beneficial. Additional skills such as window tinting or janitorial experience will be considered an asset.
