In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the facility is clean and safe. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers. Shifts are typically 4 to 8 hours, depending on employee's availability and business' seasonal needs. Employees are expected to commute between two locations (5035 W. 7th St. and 659 Booth St.) once per shift. The wash locations are approximately 10 minutes apart, both located in Reno. Employee must have consistent and reliable access to a personal vehicle to fulfill this requirement. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding services offered. Maintain cleanliness of property and equipment, including custodial duties such as power-washing, emptying garbage cans, and organizing supplies. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management promptly. Load vending machines. Skills Strong customer service skills. Effective communication via phone, text, and in-person. Ability to self-supervise and manage time appropriately. Can identify and prioritize projects or tasks in need of attention. Capable of problem-solving with support. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Maintenance-related skills and experience are preferred.
