Automotive Detailer (Experience Required)

Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our collision team. You will be responsible for cleaning and polishing/buffing each of our cars with high-quality standards in mind. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail, who focuses on the area of the vehicle that was repaired to ensure it's ready for detailing. A strong work ethic and dependability are key here at our facility. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, a great team player, and friendly and professional to our staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Exterior Polishing/Buffing in the areas that were part of the repair (skill is a plus, but not required) Exterior Wash to remove dirt, grime, compound, etc. Interior, including vacuuming, wiping down the inside, windows in/out, and floor mats Maintain an organized and clean workspace Operate our customers' vehicles responsibly Staging vehicles for customer delivery and the pre-delivery process Moving vehicles within the facility or outside the facility when needed Assist in weather-proofing any vehicles outside with car covers or inside one of our buildings Maintain the parking lot, assuring all vehicles are backed into a spot Ensuring that all keys are in their proper location Transporting rental returns to their proper location on site Transporting all vehicles that the office personnel will need to our parking lots

Experience:

Prior knowledge in car washing, polishing/buffing/nibbing is highly desired Ability to operate a vehicle Familiarity with automotive care and maintenance We welcome all applicants who are committed to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
