This role includes overseeing staff, assigning tasks, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring efficiency during the assigned shift. Key Responsibilities Supervise wash bay employees during assigned shift. Assign cleaning and detailing tasks to ensure timely completion. Inspect vehicles after cleaning for quality and compliance with company standards. Train new team members on wash bay procedures and safety practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized wash bay environment. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management. Assist in cleaning and detailing as needed. Report any equipment issues or vehicle damage to maintenance and management immediately. Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Qualifications Prior experience in vehicle cleaning, detailing, or fleet maintenance preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. Basic mechanical knowledge helpful. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to follow proper procedures to avoid accidents or injuries. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and vacuums, and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies as needed. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
Pay:
$22.00 - $22.50 per hour
