Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailing Tech to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle detailing services that enhance the appearance and value of our customers' cars. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure every vehicle leaves looking pristine and polished. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing, and exterior washing. Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paint and achieve a high-gloss finish. Conduct window tinting installations with precision, ensuring a smooth and bubble-free application. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with car wash procedures, including pressure washing, hand washing, and drying vehicles efficiently. Follow safety protocols during all detailing processes to prevent damage or injury. Qualifications Prior experience in car detailing, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing methods, and window tinting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus for moving vehicles as needed. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
