Automotive Detailer Flat Rate

Overview:

We at Dealer Car Care are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of vehicles are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cleanliness, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using specialized equipment and techniques
• Conduct thorough vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of interior surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive to and from locations as needed

Requirements:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish interior of new and used vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
