Job Description

At our Hamler, OH car lot (AutoSmart / Yes Automotive), we maintain a high volume of used cars, trucks, and powersports vehicles that need professional detailing to turn quickly.
We will provide:
Guaranteed steady work from our on-site inventory (no hunting for customers). Rent support / subsidized space on our lot for your operation. Access to vehicles ready for detailing (interiors, exteriors, reconditioning). This is a true business-in-a-box opportunity for someone who wants independence, control over their schedule and earnings, and the backing of an established multi-rooftop automotive group.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full interior and exterior detailing to high professional standards (vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, waxing, clay bar, headlight restoration, etc.). Prep vehicles for sale/lot display. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Deliver consistent quality that meets dealership standards. Opportunity to expand services (ceramic coatings, paint correction, etc.) using your own equipment/supplies. What We Offer the

Requirements:
Proven experience in professional auto detailing (portfolio or references preferred). Own tools, equipment, and supplies (or ability to acquire quickly). Reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this as your business. Ability to work independently and meet turnaround expectations.
