Quality Control Position

Oneway Automotive is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Quality Control / Shop Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our repairs meet our quality standards, our customers receive exceptional service, and our facility remains clean and professional.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections on vehicles after technicians complete repairs. Verify repairs have been completed correctly and ensure all customer concerns have been addressed. Conduct test drives when necessary to confirm repair quality. Communicate any issues or concerns to management and technicians before vehicle delivery. After vehicle repair conduct a mini clean on customer vehicle Provide customer shuttle service, transporting customers to and from work, home, or other local destinations. Assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the shop and property. Keep parking areas, customer areas, and shop grounds clean and presentable. Assist with moving vehicles and general shop support as needed. Help ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles. Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
