Car Wash Attendant/Membership Specialist - Altoona $14hr + Tips

Tunnel Car Wash Attendant:

All Washed Up is looking to fill a Car Wash Attendant position in a friendly, customer oriented, up beat tunnel car wash location. This car wash is a fully manned operation that has the ability to wash 105 cars an hour!

Job Description:

The Car Wash Attendant's main responsibility is to Provide a Great Customer Experience and Sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Secondary responsibilities are assisting customers in purchases & answering any questions they may have, Prepping and loading their vehicle into the car wash, helping perform general maintenance such as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment.

Tasks:

Provide a Great Customer Experience by answering questions and resolving issues on-site Cultivating a positive, productive environment for both the customers and employees Sell Wash Club Memberships to new customers via Face-to-Face Interactions at the payment terminals Load customers onto conveyor/prep vehicle Keep the Amenity carts stocked; Wash and Fold towels as needed Keep all Trash Cans below 50% Capacity & Removal all litter from property Clean & maintain the wash bay, equipment, building, and parking lot Take care of minor mechanical issues Inform the Manager of any major mechanical issue Maintain Landscaping Snow Removal Any other task assigned by your manager

Requirements:

Great customer service and communication skills Attention to Detail Basic Mechanical aptitude Dependable hard work ethic Willingness to undergo a background check Physical able to lift 50 LBS, stand and move all day

7am to 8pm 364 Days a year We are Closed Christmas & 1/2 Day on Christmas Eve Part Time is eligible to have up to 30 hours per week
