Our I-CAR Gold Class Certified Collision Center — a distinction held by fewer than 20% of collision centers nationwide — works with all major insurance companies in a modern, high-volume, direct repair environment. Position Overview We have an immediate opening for a Collision Center Paint Prepper & Shop Helper . This is a ground-floor opportunity in our Body Shop with on-the-job training — ideal for a detail-oriented, dedicated candidate ready to learn the trade in a busy, professional shop environment. Responsibilities Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles Assist technicians with shop tasks Organize tools and maintain equipment Paint prep work Manage parts and supplies inventory Sweep floors and maintain a clean work environment Take out trash and perform general housekeeping Test drive vehicles as needed Requirements Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Why Matthews Motor Company?
