Responsibilities Operate dry cleaning machines, presses, and finishing equipment to expertly clean and press shirts and other garments Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or irregularities, ensuring quality control before returning to customers Follow proper procedures for handling delicate fabrics and special cleaning instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing garments for pickup or delivery Provide friendly customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns related to garment care Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or hospitality industries is highly desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
