This position includes both shop-based and mobile detailing assignments. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors at customer locations, driving to job sites, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing the company. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior car washes, including hand washing and automated systems, ensuring each vehicle is spotless. Execute detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and upholstery care. Use buffing and polishing tools to enhance vehicle paint finish and restore shine. Apply protective treatments such as waxing or sealants to maintain vehicle appearance and durability. Conduct minor cosmetic repairs like window tinting or paint touch-ups when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies. Assist with vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues observed during detailing. Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and efficiently. Basic understanding of automotive cleaning products and techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles within the facility. Willingness to learn new skills like window tinting or advanced detailing methods. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in various weather conditions.
