3rd Shift Overnight Position Summary BPA, a division of Baldor Specialty Foods, is seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to support warehouse sanitation and food safety operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while ensuring compliance with all company food safety and sanitation standards. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout warehouse and common areas Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule and established cleaning procedures Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to company quality and food safety standards Maintain compliance with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and AIB guidelines Safely and properly use sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment Perform daily sanitation duties including cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing, and trash removal Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times Support food safety initiatives and help prevent cross-contamination Safely operate warehouse equipment while preventing damages or injuries Report any safety concerns or sanitation issues to supervisors immediately Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, reliability, and strong attendance habits Arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance Qualifications Previous warehouse experience, sanitation experience Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Dependable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, lift, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in warehouse and refrigerated environments Why Join BPA / Baldor Specialty Foods?
