We're an established mobile detailing operation serving Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We come to the customer — no shop, no front desk, just you doing great work at their home or job site. All chemicals and equipment are provided. You just need a reliable car to get yourself and the supplies to each job site.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

6-week paid training period working alongside the owner After training, you run jobs independently on a full-time schedule Typical workload: 6-9 jobs per week once fully ramped You keep 30% of every job — plus 100% of your tips Most jobs run $120-$250+, meaning $36-$75+ per job in your pocket Primary schedule is Monday-Friday daytime hours. Occasional weekend availability is a plus but not required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable personal vehicle — any car works, no truck or van required Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather including heat — this is active, hands-on work all day Outgoing and professional with customers — you'll be at their home representing PMD solo Strong attention to detail — the finished product speaks for itself Coachable with a student mentality — no experience needed, but you have to be willing to learn and do it our way Motivated by performance — the more quality work you do, the more you earn Looking for a long-term role to grow into, not just a quick paycheck
