(689) 777 5702 — Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know each candidate and ensure the right fit for both sides. Step 1: Introductory Call We'll begin with a phone call where we'll get to know you better, discuss your background, answer any questions you may have, and learn more about your work ethic, communication skills, and availability. Step 2: Paid Two-Day Working Interview Candidates who move forward will participate in a paid two-day hands-on training alongside our lead full-time detailer and experienced team members. During this training, we'll evaluate: Attention to detail Work pace and efficiency Communication and teamwork Ability to follow instructions Professionalism and reliability This training period is paid at Florida's minimum wage of $14/hour. If it's a great fit for both you and Central Florida Boat Detailing, you'll officially join our team for the 2026 summer season, with the potential for extension based on company workload and performance.
