Shop/mobile detailer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to provide exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services at our clients' locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive care, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in vehicle detailing while delivering top-quality service directly to customers. Duties Perform comprehensive car wash and detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing Conduct buffing and polishing to restore vehicle surfaces to a high shine Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used during detailing processes Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Document work performed and communicate any additional service recommendations to clients Experience Prior experience in customer service and/or detailing preferred Experience with buffing, polishing, and window tinting highly desirable Customer service background with strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between locations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various settings This role is perfect for individuals passionate about automotive care who enjoy working directly with customers.
