Full-time, 40+ hours per week

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Detail Specialist to join our team and help ensure every vehicle we deliver looks its absolute best. Responsibilities Clean and detail used and customer vehicles to dealership quality standards Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing Use detailing tools, cleaning chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality control Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any vehicle damage or needed repairs to the manager immediately Assist with lot organization and moving vehicles when needed Qualifications Previous detailing or automotive cleaning experience preferred, but we will train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive starting pay of $15/hour 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities Training and all necessary equipment provided Career growth opportunities within the dealership Positive and supportive work environment Employee discounts on parts, service, and vehicles Paid time off 401k matching How to
