Job Description

Required Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Process Associate to support daily automotive operations. This role is responsible for moving and processing vehicles, completing required documentation, updating vehicle information in company systems, and ensuring vehicles are ready for the next stage of processing.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and balancing hands-on work with basic computer tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive, move, and park vehicles throughout the processing cycle.
  • Transport vehicles through wash and preparation areas as required.
  • Complete vehicle processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter and update vehicle information within internal systems.
  • Verify vehicle details and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain organization while managing multiple vehicles and tasks.
Work Environment
  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work.
  • Regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent walking, standing, entering, and exiting vehicles.
  • Active role requiring movement throughout the workday.
