Job Description

Position Summary:
The Car Wash Attendant at Squeeky's Car Wash is responsible for ensuring every customer leaves with a clean, well-maintained vehicle and a positive experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times Assist customers with wash selections, memberships, and general inquiries Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including bays, vacuums, and surrounding grounds Perform light maintenance tasks such as: Trash removal Spraying and cleaning wash bays Sweeping and debris removal Replacing light bulbs, hoses, and fittings as needed Support light landscaping to maintain curb appeal Assist with day-to-day site operations Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and flexible schedule (availability on weekends, including Sundays, required) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds Comfortable working in a physically active environment
