Auto Detailer (Interior & Exterior Cleaning) We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Auto Detailer to join our growing team. This role focuses on providing high-quality interior and exterior vehicle cleaning services, ensuring every customer's vehicle looks its absolute best. As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles both inside and out. This includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and paying attention to fine details that elevate the overall appearance of each vehicle. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in auto detailing is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying, waxing, and polishing Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and floor mats to remove dirt, stains, and odors Clean and condition upholstery, leather, dashboards, door panels, and all interior surfaces Safely use detailing tools and equipment such as pressure washers, polishers, extractors, and vacuums Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met Pay close attention to detail to deliver high-quality, spotless results on every vehicle Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient workflow Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management and ability to complete jobs within deadlines Strong work ethic and reliability (shows up on time, consistent performance) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods Comfortable using detailing tools and equipment (or willingness to learn) Basic knowledge of interior and exterior vehicle cleaning techniques (preferred but not required) Good communication skills and positive attitude Valid driver's license (preferred) Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle care while gaining valuable skills in a lively team environment!
