The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented in pristine condition. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Automotive Detailer will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various cleaning techniques and equipment to enhance the appearance of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet quality standards. Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness throughout the detailing area. Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to remove scratches and enhance shine. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Execute car wash procedures, including hand washing, waxing, and vacuuming. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services. Drive vehicles safely within the detailing facility as required for cleaning and repositioning. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Skills Strong custodial skills with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail. Proficient in buffing techniques and use of polishing equipment. Experience with window tinting is a plus but not required. Familiarity with car wash processes and detailing techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
