Role Overview:

This is a Guest-facing position that plays a vital role in creating an inviting experience. While you'll assist throughout the wash, your primary focus will be outdoors, serving our Guests in the vacuum area. We're looking for individuals who can keep the site clean and welcoming while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude. Requirements Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times Must be available for weekends and closing shifts only. Customer service-focused Have the ability to work independently or with other crew members Have strong written communication skills Be able to speak professionally and knowledgeably with fellow crew members and guests Duties & Responsibilities GENERAL Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times Always be attentive to the needs of our Guests Be helpful, polite, and courteous at all times Address all Guest concerns in a professional manner Be a productive member of the team Adhere to all policies and procedures Perform tasks daily as needed Grow both personally and professionally while having fun

GUEST SERVICE

Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process Be knowledgeable of the differences between various wash packages Guide Guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle before sending it through the wash Interact with Guests in the vacuum area to resolve issues, touch up vehicles, and answer questions

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and equipment room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly Perform all assigned preventive maintenance tasks Keep the entire property clean and ensure that everything is well-organized Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied Ensure that the Guest restroom is kept clean and well-stocked Support the sign-up of new VIP Wash Club members Other duties as assigned Benefits for
