What you get:

$70 base per completed job (base pay for full interior detail) $15 bonus when exterior wash add-on is attached 50/50 commission on on-site upsells (ceramic coating, pet hair, headlights) — avg $30-75 bonus/job, with up to $450-$700 bonus/job for solid closers that want to sell ceramic coating Pre-booked jobs sent to your phone — accept or decline, your call. Ramp up to a consistent and steady 2-3 jobs/day Get paid quickly -- 1-2 business days after job completion Work as much or as little as you want. No minimums, no quotas.

What you need:

Own reliable transportation Own detailing tools and supplies (extractor, vacuum, products) Experience with ceramic coating Minimum 1 year detailing experience Smartphone for job dispatch + photo documentation Ability to sign 1099 IC agreement This is a contractor role, not employment.
