Job Description
Job Overview The Detailer is responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing services while maintaining company standards for efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to consistently provide an exceptional finished product. Detailers play an important role in protecting and growing brand by ensuring customers receive professional-level detailing services and a positive overall experience. Duties
- Perform interior and exterior detailing services according to company procedures and quality standards
- Vacuum carpets, floor mats, seats, and trunk areas
- Clean windows, dashboards, door panels, consoles, and interior surfaces
- Apply dressings, protectants, and approved detailing chemicals properly
- Shampoo carpets and upholstery as required
- Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, and exterior surfaces
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery Requirements Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods Ability to work in wet, humid, hot, and cold conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to safely operate detailing equipment and tools Join us today to be part of a team that values quality work, positive energy, and customer satisfaction!
