Job Description
Job Overview The Prep Attendant is responsible for preparing vehicles prior to entering the wash tunnel while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards are met. This role is critical to maintaining tunnel flow, wash quality, and customer satisfaction. Prep Attendants are expected to work with urgency, communicate effectively with teammates, and maintain awareness of tunnel safety procedures at all times. Duties Pre-treat vehicles using prep guns, brushes, and approved chemicals Remove excessive dirt, bugs, and debris prior to tunnel entry Ensure vehicles are properly prepared according to wash procedures Inspect vehicles for safety concerns or conditions that may impact tunnel operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Must successfully pass a background check Must successfully pass a drug screening Must be authorized to work legally in the United States Dependable attendance and punctuality Join our team this position operates in an active car wash environment with exposure to moving vehicles, water, cleaning chemicals, loud equipment, and changing weather conditions.
