Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and providing excellent customer service. Who we're looking for: Otter's Express Car wash is hiring driven, reliable, and high energy individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to perform.

Duties:

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to wash, dry, and service interiors.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors
• Assist with interior service request.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
• Have knowledge on our XPT and POS station to assist our clientele with selecting washes.
• Delegate task during downtime
• perform and manage closing/opening duties.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of some maintenance is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills
