We generate the leads and book the work — you bring the skill, the vehicle, and the equipment, and get paid per completed job. This is a contractor role, not employment. You set your own schedule around the jobs you accept, operate as your own business, and are responsible for your own taxes, tools, and transportation. What you'll do: Perform high-quality mobile detailing at customer locations across DFW (Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Fort Worth, and surrounding cities) Interior and exterior detailing: wash, decon, interior shampoo/extraction, and finishing Headlight restoration Represent the brand professionally on-site and deliver work that earns 5-star reviews What you need to bring: Proven detailing experience (able to work independently without supervision) Your own reliable transport to job sites Your own detailing equipment and supplies (machines, extractor, products, water/power setup as needed) Professional, punctual, and customer-friendly Valid driver's license; ability to operate as an independent contractor in
Texas Compensation:
Paid as a percentage of each completed job (commission per deal — percentage discussed during interview) Fuel partially reimbursed We provide the leads and bookings — no cold selling, no marketing on your end. You focus on detailing.
