Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and promote a culture of excellence within the car wash facility. Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff to foster growth and accountability Monitor quality control to ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and meet company standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays Enforce safety procedures and health regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business Skills Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop team members Extensive janitorial, commercial cleaning, or laundry experience preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control and inventory management Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact with customers confidently
