1-2 details per day, up to 5 days per week About the Position Prime Impressions Mobile Auto Detail is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional part-time detailer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can follow instructions, and is interested in learning the mobile detailing business from the ground up. We are especially interested in a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who may be interested in growing into a management role, co-owner opportunity, or potential future purchase of the company. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior mobile detailing services Clean, scrub, vacuum, wipe down, shampoo, and detail vehicles according to company standards Follow service checklists and instructions carefully Maintain professionalism with customers and team members Help load, unload, organize, and maintain detailing supplies and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Communicate clearly with the office/team regarding schedule, service needs, or concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Must have a valid Texas driver's license Must be willing and able to work outdoors in very hot Laredo weather conditions Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn Must be able to perform physical work, including bending, standing, scrubbing, and lifting supplies/equipment as needed Prior detailing experience is helpful but not required Pay and Training Starting training pay: $12 per hour Initial probationary/training period: 2 weeks After the 2-week training period, candidates who are ready and approved to work independently may be offered permanent employment Once trained and approved to work independently, pay may transition to up to 25% of each completed detail Growth Opportunity This is more than a part-time detailing position.
