Car Wash Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Service Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality service for our customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing a car wash, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train car wash staff to ensure excellent customer service Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow Monitor and maintain car wash equipment and chemical inventory Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Track sales, expenses, and revenue goals

Requirements:

Prior experience managing a full-service car wash is required Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of car wash equipment, chemicals, and maintenance Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
