We bring professional detailing directly to our customers' driveways.
Our standard is simple:
Your Car. Our Standard. Responsibilities- Work as part of a two-person detailing team
- Perform interior and exterior detailing to MobiWash quality standards
- Follow our wash process — two-bucket method and professional-grade products
- Take before and after photos on every job
- Deliver friendly, professional service at every appointment
- Help keep the van organized, stocked, and clean What we are looking for
- Strong work ethic and real attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual — shows up ready to work
- Takes pride in quality work
- Comfortable working outdoors in Houston weather
- A team player who works well alongside others
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
REQUIRED
(role includes driving the company van)- Detailing experience a plus — we'll train the right person What we offer
- $12-$15/hour based on experience
- Tips - Kept by the detailers, split evenly on team jobs
- Commission on new customers and memberships you bring in
- Room to grow as we expand — more vans, more crews, leadership opportunities
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit W-2
