Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wash Tech, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our vehicles looking their best! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier car wash and detailing services that enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle appearance. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish Conduct detailed interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, explaining services, and ensuring satisfaction Support janitorial duties as needed to keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and customers Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic Experience with car wash systems or detailing services is a plus but training will be provided Familiarity with buffing, cleaning techniques, or window tinting is advantageous Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for certain operational tasks Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions carefully Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in their work, and thrive in a team environment.
