Polishing Full Job Description Job Summary Contractor Position:

Ranging $15-$25/hr depending on experience We are seeking a hard working, motivated, friendly, flexible, and fast Contract Mobile Detailer to join our pool of team members to take on overflow work as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations including our shop in Layton. Your expertise in detailing and maintaining vehicles will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our company's reputation for excellence. Experience in buffing, polishing, and ceramic coating are a plus but not required. This is a contractor position only, but has the possibility of becoming full time for our company based on your speed, results, attitude, and overall dedication. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills are non-negotiable. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles in anywhere from 2-6 hours depending on the package. Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces. Be on time every shift, communicate, and be friendly and respectful. Be teachable. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and cleaned after each use. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Drive to various locations to perform detailing services, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company at client sites. Assist with additional tasks as needed. Experience Previous experience in car detailing is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques used in vehicle detailing. A valid driver's license is required for driving to client locations. Knowledge of buffing and polishing is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance service offerings.
