You'll play a critical role in delivering premium detailing services to our customers at their homes or offices. This role isn't just about clean cars—it's about creating amazing experiences and helping build the most trusted detailing brand in Utah. What You'll Do Deliver top-tier detailing services: interior deep cleans, vacuuming, shampooing, pet hair removal, exterior washes, etc. Create WOW moments for customers—through both quality and attitude Keep vehicles, tools, and inventory clean and organized Follow efficient checklists and systems to maintain speed and quality Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations Collaborate with your manager to improve systems and customer experience What We're Looking For Age 19+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Someone honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Physically able to move, bend, and clean for up to 6+ hours/day A team player who communicates clearly and stays cool under pressure Someone who's excited to learn, improve, and grow Previous detailing or service experience is a plus—but not required Pay & Perks Training pay: $7.25/hour ( 3 day onboarding) After training: $18-$24/hour, depending on performance Free car detailing for your vehicle Strong growth path to Lead Technician or Manager Team bonuses, competitions, and perks Location & Schedule Based in American Fork, UT Full-time available Must be able to commute to our shop to pick up vehicle and supplies before appointments
