Car Wash Associate

Whether you've been in the industry or are new to car washing, a Car wash associate position with a Road Runner Express will put you in a position to succeed in a rapidly growing company. Car wash associates (CSAs) are responsible for washing cars, ensuring effective operation of the Roadrunner Express Car Wash, maintaining customer satisfaction, and other duties as assigned. Car wash associate's spend much of there time working outside and on their feet. Car wash associate duties are but are not limited to the following:

• Participate in wash process utilizing car wash equipment
• Greet customers courteously
• Explain available wash services
• Take and process payments
• Pre-wash exterior areas of cars
• Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment
• Perform cleaning of the facility
• Assisting customers
• Directing cars into the wash area
• Carrying out visual inspections of vehicles to confirm their condition before they enter the wash area
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
• Selling memberships
• And carrying out other tasks as directed by management Requirements for

Car Wash Associate Role:

• Ability to display courteous and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends
• Ability to work standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift as least 50lbs
• Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions
• Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers
• Possess valid and current driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude
