Responsibilities Perform thorough vehicle washes, including exterior cleaning and interior detailing to ensure a spotless finish Apply ceramic coatings to provide long-lasting protection and a high-gloss finish on vehicle surfaces Conduct paint correction procedures to remove scratches, swirl marks, and surface imperfections for a flawless look Conduct paint chip repair and touch up Use buffing and polishing tools skillfully to achieve optimal results in paint refinement Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety and quality standards Assist with additional detailing tasks such as window tinting, cleaning of wheels, tires, and trim for comprehensive vehicle enhancement Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in automotive detailing, including ceramic coating application and paint correction techniques Strong knowledge of car wash procedures, buffing, cleaning methods, and detailing products Ability to operate various tools such as buffers, polishers, steam cleaners, and other detailing equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation purposes if needed on-site or between locations Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism Join us if you're passionate about cars and dedicated to delivering outstanding results!
