Lot Assistant Starting Pay:
$15/hour Overview MonteMotors LLC is a family-owned used car dealership looking for a dependable, hardworking Auto Detailer / Lot Assistant. If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in your work, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a friendly, team-oriented environment while maintaining high expectations for professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Benefits Starting pay of $15/hour Paid training Performance-based raises $0.25/hour raise after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period Referral bonus program Uniforms provided Opportunity for growth Responsibilities Wash, wax, buff, and detail vehicles Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors Prepare vehicles for sale and delivery Pick up vehicles from auctions (occasional out-of-state travel) Transport vehicles to and from inspections Move and organize inventory on the lot Assist with general dealership operations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy Reliable transportation Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors Comfortable working independently and occasionally being the only employee on site Schedule 6-8 hour shifts Schedule discussed during the interview Employees are expected to follow company policies, wear the provided uniform, and take scheduled breaks and lunch as directed to support dealership operations.
