In this crucial role, you'll be the friendly face of Monte Motors, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and upkeep of our vehicle inventory. Key Duties Include:

Washing and detailing vehicles to maintain a spotless lot. Moving cars between inspection stations, repair shops, and fueling up as needed. Installing tags on vehicles, ensuring customer cars are pristine and ready to go. Keeping the lot organized by hanging flags, displaying buyer's orders, and maintaining a beautiful, visible, and welcoming presentation of every vehicle. Provide automotive interior and exterior cleaning services that meets company specifications. Handle everything from a simple wash and vacuum to more intensive cleaning jobs, including hand washing vehicles, steaming and deodorizing interiors and applying waxes, polishes or protective agents to cars. Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good condition Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle status Drive vehicles of various makes and models, including those with manual transmission, as needed. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Ability to drive automatic vehicles confidently. Valid drivers license.
