Essential Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

Provide quick and friendly guest service to our guests within the car wash Exceed Guest expectations Oversee all aspects of the site Retain and create new guest relations Maintain unit, grounds, and car wash Must be able to open store or close 7 days a week and work 40 hours per week Must be proficient in all opening and closing tasks. Update checklist, inventory, and reports as needed Communicate good news, bad news, breakdowns, etc. with Site Leader and Shift Leadership Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to all team members Enforce cleaning and hourly inspections to be enforced by management Car wash management Guest damage/ incident claims: handle guests in a positive manner, collect data for the Management team, assist with the completion of a claim, ordering parts, calling guests, etc. Enforce completion of checklists Perform and enforce hourly inspection and follow-up on issues Hold Site to Franchise Standard of Operations Guide Oversee wash cleaning and bring attention to any required maintenance, enforcing completion of the Wash Cleaning List Ensure every team member in Flight Deck 1 is using proper dialog

Team Member Relations:

Managing a team and developing relationships Following checklists Providing team accountability Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of the guests

Training Responsibilities:

Train new team members on Flight Deck 1, Flight Deck 2, Loader, Wash Tech, and Vacuum Concierge hourly positions. Lead new team members through the PAC book Instruct new team members on awareness and safety procedures Required Education and Experience Proven Experience in a successful guest service role Exceptional verbal and communication skills Must be able to problem solve and multi-task Work Environment This position operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to: Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc. Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Able to work and commute in all weather conditions Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
