Job Description

Overview Join our team as an Inventory Coordinator & Vehicle Detailer, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining an organized inventory and checking in new vehicles while ensuring each vehicle is spotless and well-presented. Join a team that values your skills and dedication. Duties Manage inventory by coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready to sell. Receive incoming vehicles, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and organize them efficiently within the lot. Perform thorough cleaning and detailing on vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and interior cleaning to meet quality standards. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks to keep vehicles looking their best. Assist with vehicle movement around the lot or facility using safe driving practices; ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and ready for customer delivery or display. Clean vehicles for delivery so they are presented perfectly as their new owners come to pick up. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, janitorial work, custodial roles, or automotive detailing is highly desirable. Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing procedures, buffing processes, window tinting applications, and general cleaning methods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating vehicles in a variety of settings. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory accurately. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling during vehicle cleaning and maintenance. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
