Duties Perform thorough interior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming carpets and seats, wiping down surfaces, and disinfecting all touchpoints. Conduct detailed interior inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repairs. Apply specialized cleaning products and techniques to remove stains, odors, and dirt from upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces. Use buffing tools and techniques to restore the vehicle's interior surfaces to a like-new appearance. Assist with additional services such as window tinting, car wash procedures, and light cosmetic repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools and cleaning supplies after each job. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and ensuring customer satisfaction with the results. Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines during cleaning processes. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience with car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, and general cleaning is highly preferred. Knowledge of janitorial or custodial work that involves detailed cleaning tasks. Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in vehicle interior detailing safely and effectively. Basic driving skills for moving vehicles within the facility or between locations when necessary. Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed. Attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting areas that require extra care or repair. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
